President Biden’s Build Back Better program consists of two separate bills. The first bill, signed by President Biden on November 15, the “Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act’’ will impact all of Illinois, from Chicago to Cairo. Illinois will get at least $17 Billion in projects, plus the opportunity to receive billions more in various matching grants programs that will dovetail with Governor J. B. Pritzker’s Rebuild Illinois program.<br />The second bill, the “Build Back Better Act,&quot; includes Medicare reforms in prescription drug costs and financial support for America&#39;s 48 million family caregivers. This bill is expected to pass by the end of December.
